Everything, minute by minute, is on The day. If you are taking the coach, what matters is when it leaves your hotel: 11:15, and it leaves on the dot.

Yes: formal. Suits for men, dresses for women. Bear in mind that drinks and the wedding lunch are in the gardens, on grass (see the question about shoes), and that October evenings get cool.

Not this time: the wedding is adults only (18 and over). We hope you understand — and that you enjoy a day (and a night) off.

The music and the bar go on until 05:00. Coaches head back at 00:30, 02:00 and 05:00 — pick yours when you RSVP. Leave on whichever you like, but there are no taxis in Sant Pere de Ribes in the small hours.

Drinks and the wedding lunch are in the gardens, on grass. Stilettos sink: block heels, platforms or flats are better. If you can’t part with your shoes, bring a spare pair for the party.

Yes: parking at the venue is free and there is plenty of it. But the bar is open until 05:00, so if you drive, decide in advance who is driving. The coach is free.

October is the wettest month in the Garraf, so we have a plan: if it rains, everything moves into the venue’s indoor rooms. Nothing changes for you.

Your invitation says. If your code includes a plus-one, you will see an “Add a plus-one” button when you RSVP. If it isn’t there, it doesn’t.

Yes. When you RSVP, each person can tick vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free or lactose-free, and there is a separate field for allergies. List them all, even mild ones — we pass them to the kitchen.

Our advice: don’t fly in that morning. Arrive on Friday. The ceremony is at midday, the party runs until 05:00, and between the church and the venue you will have nowhere to leave a suitcase. One flight delay and you miss the vows.
