Privacy notice

We built this website ourselves to organise our wedding. Here is, with no small print, what we do with the information you give us when you RSVP.

Who is responsible

What we collect

• The full name of each person on your invitation, and whether they are coming.
• A contact email and mobile number.
• Main course choice, dietary preferences and allergies. Allergies are health-related data: we only ask so that nobody has a problem at the meal, and we only store them if you give consent by ticking the box on the form.
• Which coach you’ll take, your song request and anything else you want to tell us.

What for

Only to organise the wedding: to know how many we are, to prepare the menu and allergies with the kitchen, to book the coaches, and to let you know about any changes in the week of the wedding.

Where it is stored and who we share it with

In a Google Sheets spreadsheet in our personal account. Google acts as a service provider and may process data outside the European Union under the safeguards required by law (standard contractual clauses).

We share only what is needed with the Mas Solers venue, the caterer and the coach company, and only for the wedding. We don’t give it to anyone else or use it for anything else.

This website uses no cookies and no tracking of any kind.

How long

We will delete all the data by 2 January 2028 at the latest, three months after the wedding.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data, or to withdraw your consent, by writing to clarah.archis@gmail.com. If you think we haven’t handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
